Manufacturing

All items (except the sticker book and tamagotchi keyrings) are made to order in house.

The sticker book and tamagotchi keyrings are made by Vograce using my original designs.
Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days.
Orders will not be and holidays.

Shipping is calculated using the weight of the total order and shipping package.

If a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, but the buyer did not receive their package, contact the shipping carrier or your local post office. Pixylstix Designs is not responsible for any packages that are damaged, lost, or stolen once it has been handed off to the shipping carrier.

If a package is "Returned to Sender," Pixylstix Designs is not responsible for packages that are returned. The buyer can choose either option below.

  • Refund - Order will be refunded minus a 15% restocking fee and shipping/handling.
  • Reshipment - Buyer pays shipping fee and must confirm their address before shipment.
Return Policy

Since most items are made to order, I do NOT accept returns, cancellations, or exchange once an order is shipped.
